Luke Ashton Obituary

Luke Conway Ashton 2007 ~ 2008 Our precious son, Luke Conway Ashton, was taken home and reunited with his Father in Heaven on January 15th, 2008. Luke was born on March 30th, 2007 at the University of Utah Hospital. Born with extreme physical challenges, Luke's life was a miracle. His family was able to spend nine and a half months with him that they thought they may never have had. Luke showered their home with love and brought untold joy into the lives of his parents and brothers and sisters. Despite his challenges, Luke was a happy boy who smiled when played with and laughed on occasion. He carried with him a sense of peace and was full of goodness. He affected those he came in contact with as they felt of his strong spirit. He has taken with him a piece of the hearts of his family and will be deeply missed. His family rejoices in his freedom and in the knowledge that they will be with him again someday. Luke is survived by his parents, Spencer and Traci Ashton (Draper); his brothers and sisters, Sarah, Michael, Hannah, Chase, and Lauren; grandparents, Lewis and Ann Miller (Manti), Alan and Karen Ashton (Orem); great-grandpa, Conway Ashton, Salt Lake; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who adored him. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents and five beautiful cousins. Funeral services will be Saturday, Jan. 19th, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Draper Corner Canyon 4th Ward, 13366 S. 1300 E. Friends and family may call at 11:00-12:30 prior to services. Interment Orem City Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.larkincares.com
