Marilyn Nielson

Marilyn Nielson Richfield, Utah Marilyn Williams Nielson, 81, of Richfield, Utah, passed away October 24, 2008, in Richfield, Utah. She was born August 6, 1927, in Marysvale, Utah, to Roy and Gladys Rainey Williams. She married Budd Nielson, July 2, 1948, in Richfield, Utah. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He preceded her death May 29, 2007. Marilyn was an active and faithful member of the LDS Church where she served in various callings. She is survived by the her children, Tamra (John) Babitt, Orem; Gene B. Nielson, Richfield; Cory B. (Jackie) Nielson, New Castle, CO; Melanie (Rodney) Richardson, Mission Viejo, CA; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Budd; daughter, Gladys Jean Nielson; granddaughter, Littany Babbitt; great-grandson, Tristian Babbitt; brothers, Dee Williams and Hal Williams; sister, Colleen Christensen. Funeral services will be held Tues., October 28, 2008, at 11 a.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, (50 S. 100 W., Richfield). Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary on Mon. from 6 to 7 p.m. and again on Tues. from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
