Your mother/grandmother was my light in this world. She always had a smile and a hug for all of those that entered her home. She accepted the family with open arms, love and always cooked somthing for all of us to eat. We laughed together, played together and always felt her love. I never heard an unkind word come from her lips. She was a great example of how we all should live our life. She will always be close to my heart and soul.
It is hard to believe this generation left us and now it is our turn to step up to the plate.
I know she is with the family that left this earth before her, and I can see her standing next to Uncle Lee, Grandpa Elliott, Mom (Geneva, her sister), brothers (Ted and Vern), her mother(LaBertia),Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends and Grandparents loving every moment of their reunion. I will truly miss her and was blessed to have her in my life.
Love Carol
