JUNE 26, 1944 – DECEMBER 2, 2025
Today our family lost the most amazing wife, mom, grandma, and great grandma. Pat was born in Salt Lake City to Orin and Thelma Labrum. Her sister Laureen lovingly chose her name and was both her best friend and her tormentor. Pat attended local schools, where she joined the choir and loved to sing, especially at this time of year. She graduated from Olympus High School in 1962. Pat met her sweetheart, Mike, in junior high, and a lifelong romance blossomed. After Mike returned from a stint in the Army, he proposed and a new chapter began. They were married in 1964 and soon started a family: first Steven (Naomie), followed by Richard (Raquel), and then Brett. Pat's greatest goal was always to be the best mom and wife she could be, and she and Mike were blessed to share 61 years of marriage. Pat worked in the municipal and state courts for 20 years and retired in 2001. If you met Pat, she would greet you with a smile and a warm question about your life. She truly was amazing, and everyone who knew her felt seen and loved.
Services will be held on December 12th at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland
Drive. A viewing will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., followed by the funeral from
1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
