Randy Johnson Obituary
Our beloved Ghost Rider took his last ride into the sunset on July 5th 2018.
Randy is survived by his mother Betty B. Johnson and father Lamonte S. Johnson. His kids Ranell (Christopher and Cody) son JJ (Heather, Thomas and Jakob) and son LJ (Zoey). Siblings Rick, Rod, Radene and Ray. He is preceded in death by his son CJ and Elvis Presley. Randy loved helping out within his community and was an active member of the Rose Park Lions club. He was known as coach and Santa to many kids throughout the years, and touched many lives. To know him was to love him. A celebration of life will be held in his honor at Riverside Park (Lions West pavilion 800 N Cornell st SLC) August 25th from 10am - 2pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Rose Park Lions Club.

Our most sincere condolences to Randy's family. And thanks to all who made the event at the park possible to celebrate Randy's life. We're glad we attended. Knowing Randy for the last 25-30 years and sharing stories back and forth created a bond we'll never forget.....on a business level and on a personal level. LJ, I hope you know and always remember how proud your father was of you.....You are his pride and joy. It was always nice to see you when you accompanied....and later chauffeured your dad to our appointments. Randy, now you're on the endless Harley Highway......your rear view mirror is filled with all the great people and the legacy you left behind. Your Gremlin Bell will keep you safe as you ride through your next journey, Ghost Rider.

Oh Randy you will be missed greatly by so many whose lives you have helped through all these years . I believe you are enjoying the reunion with your son CJ & even Elvis & others!! Thank you for your genuine kindness and example of being a"Giver", doing your best as a Dad, family member, serving your country & community, also helping your clients tirelessly even when physically injured(I remember you having us come to your parents home when you were there recovering from your motorcycle accident!) and these recent years continuing to work as you were battling such difficult health issues!! So sorry about Randy's passing. We just found out. He was a wonderful man . We loved his hats, his sense of humor, and his knowledge of evèrything. How can wereplace "The Tax Man!" We will certainly miss a good friend.

Randy was the best tax man I knew. I'm in school to become a CPA and was hoping to intern for him. I'm sad that he'll no longer be my tax man. Rest in peace. You will be missed.
