Lorraine,
My prayers are with you at this difficult time. I hope you can find some comfort knowing Rolfy is finally free of the burdens of old age. You will have to come with Annette and I on our Saturday breakfast and shopping trips. We have a lot of fun buying more junk than we need.

I have great memories of Uncle Rolf. He was always so happy and upbeat and I remember so well my 8th birthday when he picked me up from my house in the bus and took me for a ride. I also loved seeing him in his bus when I was riding my bike to the university. He was always so kind to me. Even after he retired he was fun to talk with and laugh with.
I know he is in a better place. I pray that you will be comforted in your grief.
Love always

There was nothing like almond ring, turnovers or marzipan cake for Rolf.
Sometimes Rolf was quiet, other times he enjoyed a good laugh. Always appreciative to others for little things, and greatly loving to Tulla, their rascally cute puppy. My very best to the entire family and to those that knew and loved Rolf. Just a note to my Mummi: I hope you know that the Father of all, has been blessed with Rolfs arrival as you too are blessed and wrapped in loving arms in your grief.
