Ronald Buzzard Obituary

Ronald David Buzzard

1963 - 2022

Ronald David Buzzard passed away at Huntsman Cancer Hospital on March 23, 2022, from complications related to a recent diagnosis of kidney cancer.

Ron was born in San Francisco, CA on August 9, 1963, to Diane Sereni and Ronald Lee Buzzard. Ron married Nancy Askerlund January 20, 2006, and together they built a life filled with love, and many wonderful memories.

Ron worked as a Purchasing Agent for Flexpak. He loved his work, and his "Flexpak family". Ron's culinary skills were exceptional, and he found great joy in cooking for family and friends. Ron's favorite place to be was at home spending time with his wife, and his dogs. Every morning at 5:00 AM, rain or shine, he walked his faithful furry companions. He looked forward to spending the holidays with the Askerlund and Hall families.

Ron is survived by his wife Nancy, step son Michael Askerlund, mother Diane Chandler (Gary), father Ronald Lee Buzzard (Margaret), brother Joseph Stagner (Amy, Rachael, Kayleigh), sister Laura Buzzard, and many extended family members who loved him dearly.

The family would like to thank the professional, kind, and compassionate staff at Huntsman Cancer Hospital ICU for the exceptional care that they provided to Ron during his last days.

To honor this great man, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

I'm hoping this is the same Ron Buzzard that went to Armijo... If he is, his team mates were talking about him a few weeks ago at a luncheon... I'll never forget Ron, and the ride we took one sunny day in his Dad's 1967 Camaro SS... always wondered what happened to Ron... Fair winds and calm seas Ron. Rest easy.

Nancy, I am so sorry to hear about Ron. I also worked with him at Classic Cabinets. He always had a huge heart and his personality was infectious. He was a great guy. I am very sorry for your loss. He will be missed by all.

Nancy, we are broken hearted to hear the sad news of Ron´s passing. We appreciated the compassion you had in your heart to call us, thank you. We pray this prayer for you Nancy...Psalm 30:11 "He has turned my loud crying into dancing. He has changed my clothes of sadness into joy."
We asked God to give you strength until that day comes and it will come.
May God Bless you, Nancy and Grant Ron Eternal Rest.
