Sandy Summers Obituary
Sandy Olsen Summers, 60 , of Mona passed away October 29th with her family by her side.
She was born October 1, 1955 in Orem, Utah. Sandy married Greg Summers in June of 1992 and shortly after moved to Mona,Utah where they made their forever home. She was able to use her talents and create her own little piece of heaven. Sandy had a deep passion for bringing out natures own beauty. Her beautiful yard and stunning flower gardens (that she often showed off) showed her love for it.
She is survived by her husband and their 5 children. Eli (Katie) Gourdin, Fawn (Brian) Hullinger, Jason (Brittany) Summers, Charles Summers, Jared (Draea) Summers, 2 nephews she considered sons, Ricky and Jay Eastman, 3 brothers, Wendell (Tammy) Olsen, James (Vickie) Olsen and several amazing in-laws.
She was preceded in death by her mother Erma Olsen, Father Leon (Shirley) Olsen, Son Jeremiah Gourdin, and a nephew she also called her son, Danny.
Sandy was very much an animal lover, she sadly left behind her dogs she called her kids.
Sandy was amazing, loving, caring, forgiving, kind, and touched the hearts of everyone who was lucky enough to know her and will be missed by all.
A graveside service where you can share your memories will be held Wednesday November 4th at Orem Cemetery 1520 N 800 E at 1:30. Friends and family may also share their condolences from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Sundberg Mortuary 495 S State in Orem. Condolences may also be sent to the family at www.SundbergOlpinMortuary.com
