Scott Hansen Obituary

Scott W. Hansen Beloved Son & Father Scott Wayne Hansen passed away November 18, 2008. He was born March 9, 1966 in Salt Lake City to James Carlos and Carol Hansen.Scott had a knack with heavy equipment. He could drive most any equipment used in the construction industry. When it came to outside barbecues, that was a specialty he loved. He always enjoyed being the chef. He liked working hard and doing things for his friends and family. Another adventure he enjoyed in life was fishing and camping out. Scott and ex-wife, Molly remained friends until his untimely death. They managed several apartment complexes. No words can express how much we will miss him. We will always hold on to the wonderful memories we had with him. Scott is survived by his daughters, Amber and Nevayah; son, Braydon; mother and father; brother, James; sisters, Stacy (John) and Lisa (Chris); nephew, Jeremy; nieces, Bryanna and Marina; and aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held Sat., Nov. 22, 2008 at 1 p.m. in the Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, where friends and family are invited for a memorial visitation 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Online condolences: www.larkincares.com

Carlos, Carol, and Family,
We are deeply saddened at the loss of Scott. He was a loving husband, father (step-father), son-in-law and friend.
He brought smiles to the faces of all he met and he touched the lives of so many who had the honor of truly knowing him.
He will be deeply missed but cherished in our hearts and memories forever.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Scott. We grew up together and I always remember him being there for me as a really good friend. We grew are seperate ways as we grew older. My deepest condoiances to the Hansen family at this difficult time. I will have the memories of us cruising around in his lil red Porche and playing football together and his positive outgoing humorous personality. I will always remember how his family was so kind and accepting of me. You will be deeply missed. May you rest in peace. All my prayers to you all. Respectfully, Scott Bangerter

Uncle Carlos and Aunt Carol: I am so sorry for your loss. Scott and I were such good friends growing up. I have so many wonderful memories of him and James. We loved playing in the fish tanks when they were empty at the fish hatchery and had so much fun at Grandpa and Grandma's house. My heart hurts for you. I love you both and I am glad we are all part of the same family. Please let me know if I can help with anything. I told you at Mom and Dad's 50th wedding anniversary how badly I would like to see Scott again and visit with him....I guess I will have to wait a little longer.
