I met the man at least three times - all of them memorable. Something about him in his last days told me to see how he is doing these days. My suspicions were met with a truth unwarranted nor wanted. I shall share his story with the world.

I met Steve in 2018 at an Expo. He shared his book with me and gave me several more to share with others. I joined his group at the library and saw him several times at the library. He is a great man and will be missed.

I had the pleasure of knowing Steve since 2020 when we relocated to SLC. My partner Jeff Gabardi worked with Steve back in the 90's. In my experience Steve was such a kind and gentle person, he maintained such an optimistic outlook and was open to alternative therapies in his health battles. We enjoyed many pleasant times and meals together. Both Jeff and I miss him and his energy. Condolences to Steve's family and many friends.

Steve dropped into my life and added a very interesting and unique perspective that stays with me even today. I have not found anyone more dedicated to understanding life and morals than Steve. He was influential in many peoples lives, including mine. His mark on us will carry on.
