Teresa Bingham Obituary

Teresa JonesBingham 2/27/11 ~ 2/8/03  Teresa Jones Bingham 91, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2003 in Salt Lake City. Born Feb 27, 1911 in North Ogden, UT a daughter of James Edmond and Hazel Bell Berrett Jones. Teresa was raised in Ogden. On July 11, 1929, Teresa married Earl E Bingham. They were later sealed in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Teresa and Earl lived in Nyssa, OR for 35 years. Teresa worked as a dietician at Malheur Memorial Hospital. In 1982, they returned to Utah to be close to family. Teresa was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as an ordinance worker in the Jordan River Temple for many years. Teresa spent many hours making quilts and creating other handcrafted trea-sures. She loved to read and spend time with her family. Survived by her children, Keith E., Kearns, UT, Carolee (Larry) Haines, Phoenix, AZ, Terry (Scott) Moreland, Longmont, CO, Judi (Stan) Pett, West Valley City, UT; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; a sister, Phyllis Arnone, Magna, UT; and a brother, Leon Jones, Pleasantview, UT. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl; grandchil-dren, Curtis Christopherson, Marie Bing-ham; and brothers, Max, Leslie Jones. Services will be Tues. Feb 11, 2003 11 a.m. in the Hillsdale LDS Chapel, 3274 S. Hillsdale Dr. (corner ofLehi Dr. and Hillsdale). Friends may call at the McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Rd, Mon. 6-8 p.m. and one hour before the services. Burial, Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 E. 2850 N, North Ogden, UT. The family would like to express gratitude to the staff of Woodland Park Care Center and Golden Living Center for their loving care of our mother and grandmother.

Dear Cousins, We are sorry about the loss of your Mother and our Aunt. She was so sweet and I always loved to visit her, especially when we went to Oregon. She was alway so kind and loving.
