William Garrick Obituary
William Theodore Garrick, age 81, was born August 26, 1935, in Salt Lake City, to Henry and Bertha Blum Garrick. On May 1, 1992, he married Linda Higley in Las Vegas, Nev. William worked at Kennecott Copper for 36 Years.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Becky, Kathy (Rick) Bill (Shauna) Tim, Shaunna (Rocky), Adam (Tina), Jodie (Tom), and Shelley; 39 grandchildren... and "Jack", 34 great-grandchildren; and special fur babies, Tico and Lily. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Cindy; granddaughter, Angela; two brothers; and six sisters.
A special thanks to Mike, Thomas and Joanie at Millcreek Hospice.
A viewing will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m., followed by funeral service at 11 a.m., Friday, June 2, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, in Taylorsville. Interment - Valley View Memorial Park.

I grew up with the Garrick family, back when Bill was married to Betty. There will always be a special place in my heart for the whole family. As I look at the picture of Bill, the first thing I remembered is his unique laugh. I still miss Cindy, she was a wonderful friend. I think often of the adventures Cindy, Shaunna, Bill and I had growing up. May the whole family feel the love from our Heavenly Father and this bitter-sweet time.
