Barbara I. Carroll, affectionately known as "Bebe," peacefully passed away on October 20, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Her son and daughter were both by her side. Barbara was born on March 10, 1945, to Rudolph and Dorothy Inman. She was the oldest of three. After high school, she traveled with her childhood sweetheart, Richard Rochelle Carroll ("Ro" or "Dick") who had joined the United States Air Force. Barbara received her Bachelor of Arts in 1976 from Chapman College.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband, Dick Carroll. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Todd), her son, Marc (Jennifer), and her grandchildren, Payton, Kyle, Hannah, Emory and Will.
Barbara will be interred with her beloved husband at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas.
