Mommie,
I will always have fond memories of you in my heart. Being your first granddaughter and carrying your name brings me great joy. I thank God for the time he allowed you to be here on Earth. Although, I was not able to see you as much as I would have liked to,
the look in your eyes when I saw you last, gives me all the comfort I need.
I know that you still loved me. The smile you gave me, is how I will always remember you. I am so happy you are with our Lord. I love you and I thank you for giving me such a wonderful father. You will live through him, and through his children and theirs.
Your Granddaughter

Family,
It is our prayer that you take comfort in God's Word.
The life we have here isn't all there is. There is a far, far better place that Jesus is preparing for those who love Him. (John 14:2-3)
hymnal 3rd verse:
Help me then in ev'ry tribulation,
So to trust Your promises, O Lord;
That I lose not faith's sweet consolation,
Offered me within Your holy Word.
Help me, Lord, when toil and trouble meeting,
E'er to take, as from a Father's hand,
One by one, the days, the moments fleeting,
Till I reach the promised land
Love in Jesus

What can I say other than I wish i could have known you better. I wish i could have sat and laughed along with you and understood all your lessons in life that you had to teach. but most of all i wish that we could all be a fraction of the person you were.
As a child, i grew up always asking others "what did she ask me?"
I know that when i see you again, i'll never have to wonder that again.
I thank God for giving you a long life to watch over all of us and guide your children and mold them into the parents they are today. I thank you for always showing us grandkids the love and affection that only you could give. And i Pray that with your passing, we all come together as a family to comfort one another and come to understand that we all carry you with us. We love you Mommy and we will see you again. (God, she's a special one.)
i will see you again one day ...
