My condolences and prayers to the Howard's family. I have so many fond childhood memories of him! Can't wait to see him again, along with his brothers and sister, in Heaven! What a joyful reunion He's having!

Just want Susan, Patricia & their families to know how much Uncle Howard meant to me. I enjoyed his visits to Asheville, and he and Dad would always find time to come see me at my house. I miss my Dad so much, and I know you will miss your Dad also. Uncle Howard & Dad looked so much alike, guess thats why I loved talking w/him too. The Family will be in my prayers. May GOD comfort the family as only he can.

I was so sorry to hear of Howard's passing. I worked with him at AFMPC at Randolph in the 1970s and 80s. He was always such a gentleman, such a kind, considerate person - so different from a lot of the guys in the office! Quiet and reserved but sure knew how to get the job done. When I remember those days and that bunch of folks, he always stands out as a true gentleman.
