Jacob Nunez Obituary
Jacob Lee Nunez, beloved father, son and brother, born May 14, 1989 in San Antonio, TX went to be with the Lord on October 8, 2016 at the age of 27. Jacob lived life to its fullest and without regret. He was the best dad and lived his life for his daughter Layla. He was always very generous and thoughtful in helping out family and friends. Jacob will always be remembered for the amazing person he was, how he always put a smile on everyone's faces and his one-of-a-kind laugh. He is survived by his Parents: Jesus A. Nunez (Elena) and Veronica Puebla; Daughter: Layla Gomez (and sister Lylah); Sisters: Justine, Kristen and Karena; Brothers: Joseph, Jesus Jr., and Jay; Grandparents: Irene Nunez, Gregorio Quintanilla, Rose Puebla and Felix Puebla; Godparents: James and Mary Jane Guevara and numerous other relatives.
Visitation will begin Monday, October 17, 2016 at 5:00pm with a Rosary recited at 7:00pm at Delgado Funeral Home. Funeral procession will start Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 9:30am for a funeral mass at St. Gabriel Catholic Church at 10:00am. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery #2.

Thinking of you every hour of every day. Won't let your soul ever be forgotten. You know everything I've done for you! I hope you are happy with everything I have put together for you! We all miss you a lot and things still aren't different from when you first left us and never will be the same as when you were right here with us & all we have are the crazy memories left, but I can live with that until we see each other again...rest easy my big bro.

Although I knew Jacob for a short time, no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, may the peace that comes from the memories filled with love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead. As Layla, grows she too will be reminded by everyone around her how much her daddy loved her forever in my thoughts and prayers.
