Jeffery Johnson Obituary
Jeffery Mae Johnson joined the angels in Heaven on August 7, 2009. She was born on December 30, 1922 and is preceded in death by husband, Sam Johnson; son, Clarence White; mother, Octavine Harris; step father, Nat Harris; and sister Doris. She is survived by her son Robert Johnson, daughters-in-law Ethel Johnson and Viola White, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 4 sisters, 2 brothers-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law, numerous nieces & nephews, and other loving family members and friends. Jeffery was a dedicated Christian Worker, who specialized in Missionary Work, the Teaching of the Gospel and an active member of the Usher Board. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Lewis Funeral Home from 5-9 PM. Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, located at 715 S. Rio Grande, will be holding funeral services at 11 AM on August 13, 2009 under the direction of Pastor Andrew Wilson. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
