Jerry Gross Obituary
CMSGT Jerry R. Gross USAF (Ret.) went to be with the Lord October 5, 2014. He was born May 1, 1938 in Marysville, KS to John and Theresa Gross who preceded him in death. He retired from the USAF where he served over 30years. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Jack, Jim and Pat Gross, first wife, Margaret Gross. He is survived by his wife, Vera D. Gross; sisters, Terri (Gary) Krejdl, Margie (Jerry) Krause; daughters, Cheri (Rick) Flores, Rhonda (Terry) Bone; sons Bobby (Kathy) Thier, Eddy (Rosie) Thier; grandchildren, Ashley & Natalie Flores, Caleb & Seth Bone, Jonathan (Denise) Thier, Jessica (Nick) Arnaiz, Randall Thier and great grandchildren, Devlin & Marilyn Arnaiz and many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM Monday, October 13, 2014 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North with interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his favorite charity to help the children, Cherokee Children's Home, PO Box 295, Cherokee, TX 76832-9989. On-line guest book at www.missionparks.com

Jerry was a wonderful Christian man and an example in many ways for all of us. Vera showed so much love,courage and loyalty as she faced all of his medical problems with him, always by his side. Now he is at peace.
