Joe Perales, Jr., was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the blessed age of 77.

He was born on December 7,1944 in San Antonio, TX to Joe and Otilia Perales. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was proud to have served his country. He is reunited in heaven with his parents, his beloved sister Angelita, and his son-in-law, Marcos Landeros, Jr. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his children Elvira Landeros, Joe Anthony Perales, Diana Cazares; grandchildren Jonathon Landeros, Jamie Lynn Barbosa, Victoria Cazares, Adrian Perales, and Nicholas Perales; as well as extended family members and friends. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing. He will live forever in our hearts.


Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 PM at Castillo Funeral Home.

Procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 8:15 AM for a 9:00 AM Mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
