Josephine Quintero Obituary

Mrs. Josephine V. Quintero passed into eternal rest on December 9, 2001 at the age of 72 years. Josephine was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, whose love and tender touch will always be cherished. Thank you for always being there for us. Her sons, Ramon and Jesse and daughters, Mary Lou and Herlinda Quintero, preceded her in death. Survivors include her beloved husband of 56 years, Ramon Quintero; daughters, Gilda Castillo and husband Manuel, Mary Herrera and husband Frank; sons, Robert Quintero and wife Helen, Rudolph Quintero, Richard Quintero, Ray Quintero and wife Debbie; Ralph Quintero, Rosendo Quintero and wife Mary Jane, and Ruben Quintero; sisters, Celia Boone, Clementina Gomez, Coltilda Eggerman; brother, Efren Villa; 21 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Services Visitation will begin 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 11, 2001 in Alamo Funeral Chapels. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 P.M., Wednesday, December 12, 2001 in Alamo Funeral Chapels. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, December 13, 2001 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Interment to follow in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. A Procession will depart the funeral home at 11:30 A.M. Alamo Funeral Home.
