Joyce Lessing Obituary
Joyce Annette Buethe Lessing passed away peacefully in her sleep, after a courageous battle with early onset Alzheimers , Friday April 3. 2015 at the age of 66 years. She was born on October 22, 1948 in San Antonio, Texas to Herbert E. and Irene Barthold Buethe. She was preceded in death by her father Herbert E Buethe. Joyce is survived by her daughter Melissa Rea Lessing Liner and her husband Greg Liner, and brother Kenneth Wayne Buethe and his wife Patricia, her mother Irene Barthold Buethe, 2 granddaughters Shelby Star Knodel Skipper and Baylee Jade Knodel, 3 Aunts: Lorene Barthold Traeger, Jeanette Barthold Costello and Bertha Buethe Harrison, 1 Uncle Melvin H Barthold and 8 cousins and their families, other relatives and many friends. She will be loved and remembered forever.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association to 7400 Louis Pasteur Dr. Ste. 200 San Antonio, Texas 78229 or alz.com
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 1:00 PM at Dellcrest Funeral Home 2023 South W.W. White Rd San Antonio, TX 78222 with an interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Burial
Park.
