La Flora Strack Obituary
La Flora G. Strack went to be with her Lord on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at the age of 79 years. La Flora was born in Warner, Oklahoma on March 6, 1931 to Frank and Ada Doshier. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a baby girl Gilkey, and two grandchildren. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 32 years Marvin Strack, daughter, Ann Henson and her husband Kevin, sons; Mike Gilkey and his wife Iris, William Gilkey and his wife Gladys, Andrew Gilkey and his wife Julie, a step-son, Virgil Strack and his wife Brenda, sister Lava Lee Reynolds, 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made in her name to her church, King of Kings Lutheran Church or to the Animal Defense League.
S E R V I C E S
The family will receive friends at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South, 1700 S.E. Military Drive on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 13888 Dream wood Drive at 10:00 A.M. followed by interment at Mission Burial Park South.

She was a very good hard working lady,loving mom. I use to live at her house (really I lived a few houses down from her house) but 1970 when I first move to Adkins, untill I married and moved then she moved too. She treated me like I was one of her kids.She was like a 2nd mom to me.
I am sorry for Ya'll on the loss of the wonderful Lady she lives in all of you. God Bless you all!!
