Lela Valerio Obituary
Lela C. Valerio went to be with her Lord on November 15, 2017 at the age of 96. Lela C. Valerio was a championship bowler and was also a participant of St. Rita's Guild at St. Pius X for many years. She was the former owner of Valerio's Italian Restaurant on Broadway for many years. She was a kind, loving, and generous mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and great-great grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her 4 children: Michael, Steven and Monica Valerio and Donna Willingham; 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 4 great- great grandchildren. The Visitation will be on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Roy Akers from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Mass of Resurrection will be at 10:30 a.m. on November 20, 2017 at St. Anthony of Padua.

My sincerest condolences. She was an outstanding person who I had the privilege of knowing. I was a classmate of Monica when I met Mr and Mrs Valerio. She was also a good friend of my mother and always treated me with the utmost respect! She will be missed!
