Leo George Weber III, age 82, of Floresville, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Leo was born on September 22, 1943, in San Antonio, Texas to Leo George Weber, Jr and Minnie Rae Padgett.

Leo retired as a civil servant with the United States Air Force after 25 years of service. He served as civilian employee labor relations officer with the Air Force Commissary service at Kelly AFB (San Antonio, Tx). He then worked at Randolph AFB (San Antonio, TX), Lodges Field (Azores), Ramstein AFB (Germany), Laughlin AFB (Del Rio, TX), Elmendorf AFB (Anchorage, AK), Buckley AFB (Aurora, CO). Following his Air Force retirement he moved to Cotulla, Tx where he continued his passion for ranching before fully retiring in Floresville, Tx. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He was a devoted father, grandfather, son, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children, Leo (Ashley) Weber IV, Erica (Adam) McDonald, Jessica (Michael) White, and Jennifer Kidd; grandchildren, Leo Weber V, Audrey Weber, Peyton Weber, Evelyn Weber, Donovan Curry, Tristin Curry, Jaxon McDonald, Tyler (Brooke) White, Brynlee White.

Memorial services will be held on a later date.
