Our deepest sympathy on the passing of Father Len. Father Len was a great priest in Perth Amboy, NJ in Our Lady Of Fatima Church. Father Len was always kind, and loved to help everyone in our parish when needed. He was also strict, but that was a good thing. I was saddened to hear that Father Len had died.

Hombre,
Life remains a great mystery. It is unbelievable that you have gone to be with your master and creator. The news of your passing was received with consternation. You were the 5th Pastor at Corpus Christi Church in Stone Mountain GA (2008-2010). We lived in the same community at IHM. You loved cleanliness and you hated lack or order in the kitchen. You are a good chef. We pray Hod to grant you his everlasting mercy and grant your soul eternal repose. RIP Padrecito.

Words cannot begin to express the immense gratitude I have for the many conversations and fond memories I’ve shared with Father Len. His guidance throughout the years, especially during my young adulthood helped me tremendously. He knew me, knew my family, my dreams, me reservations, my fears, and my aspirations. He knew just what to say to change my perspective or see things in a different light. One of my favorite memories will forever bewatching The Cubs at Wrigley Field with Father Len.
Rest In Eternal Peace Father Len!❤
Thank you for the memories!
Always, Lourdes Soto

I had the privilege of being with Fr. Len at our San Antonio Claretian Community for over five years. Now I am back in India. As the superior of our community he took great care of me while I was in the U.S. Even after coming away from San Antonio we used to keep in touch through emails. I will miss a great friend, guide and motivator. He had a great sense of humor. He was very excited about the Claretian missions in India. He had once visited the missions here in early 2000. We had several conversations about the flourishing missions here in India. While he was the Provincial Superior of the Claretians in U.S., he generously extended financial support for our missions here. I enjoyed his cooking. His meatball soup was delicious. Miss you, Fr. Len. Farewell.

I will miss Fr. Len greatly. Working at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church I had the privilege to know him and talk with him almost daily. He was a great person and I know I will miss everything about him from his sermons to his awesome sense of humor and laugh. He would always greet me with a smile and a hug. I will miss that the most. Till we meet again. Farewell Padre!

We came to know Fr. Len in 1989 when he was assigned to Our Lady of Fatima in Perth Amboy, NJ. I (Rocky) worked with him at the parish and Jerry became his friend. We will always cherish and keep in our hearts the many conversations, his insightful sermons which always hit home, his cooking, his fluency in Spanish and his wonderful laughter, which can still be heard.

We were privileged to have known him.

The Leonard, we will love you and miss you always.
