my grandmother lived a legacy full of life, love, and laughter. She taught us the way to Eternal Life (here was her example - fingers in the shape of a two, pointed downward and at you) "hijos, there are two roads: One where God is ON the other is not. I want all my kids ready for when God calls."

Lucia you were a great mom, grandma, great grandma and what a blessing to be a great great grandma. All your family appreciated you and loved you as you smile on them from heaven. We look forward to that day also when we can see Christ coming among the cloud to take us home. On behalf of all your loved ones including Darrell, Bonnie, Irma, David and myself along with all our families we wish your family comfort and compassion as we continue to do God's will. Our prayers for all! Carlton, Jr.

I found out about Lucia's passing just today in the newspaper. I regret not being able to spend more time to better know my cousin. She was a lovely lady who always put the needs of her family first. She was a positive Christian of great faith. She will be greatly missed. Illness prevents me from attending her funeral, but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
