Margery Erp Obituary
October 21, 1935 - July 29, 2025
Margery Elizabeth Henry Erp was born October 21, 1935 in Dallas, TX to teenage parents Nettie Jane Powe and Richard Yeargin.
She was adopted at 18 days in San Antonio by Earl and Thelma Aten Henry and taken to Houston, where she grew up and was part of the graduating class of 1953 at San Jacinto High School.
Margery, along with her husband, Glen, will be interred at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery,
Columbarium #4, on Friday, November 7th at 1:00pm. Her Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, November 8th at 3:00pm at Christ Lutheran Church of Alamo Heights, 6720 Broadway, San Antonio, TX.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made, in Margery's memory, to ABODE (www.abodehome.org) or the Animal Defense League of San Antonio (www.adltexas.org).
