Dear Mrs. Mary DeLeon and Family,
I was a Postal co-worker of Mr. DeLeon's and he was certainly a joy to work with. I worked with him at the 'old downtown' Post Office on Houston Street. I hope you remember my family always sitting with yours at our Post Office picnics.
We always referred to Mr. DeLeon as the "Good Nick", and indeed he was. Mary, please know that you and your family are in my prayers and I will call you soon. May God bless you and your family.
Humbly Submitted,

Dad,
It's hard to believe you are gone. You beat the odds so many times
that I thought you might outlive us all.
Thanks to you and Mom for giving me the best childhood any little boy could hope for. And thanks for instilling in me the virtues of hard work and respect.
Now.... maybe you can find someone to get rid of that ugly slice and learn to hit 'em straight and long. Don't forget to say "cluck, cluck, cluck" when you drain a 6 footer for a par!
Love you and miss you,
David
