Robert R. Arenas Sr.

Robert R. Arenas Sr. entered into rest on December 9, 2005 at the age of 65. He was born March 6, 1940 to the parents of Jose Perfecto Arenas and Aurelia Rodriquez. Robert was preceded, in death by his son Jose Arenas and brothers; Ramon Arenas and Hector Arenas Sr. Robert is survived by his wife of 46 years, Brigida Arenas. He is also survived by ten children: Robert and Dena Arenas Jr., Irma and Daniel Meyer, Connie and Monty Dattalo, Gilbert Arenas, Norma Maloney, Irene and Arturo Rodriquez, Grace Arenas Whittle, Nancy Martinez, Raul Arenas, and Zachary Gonzales. Four brothers and sisters; Frank Arenas, Jesse Arenas, Olivia Rivas and Olga Arenas. Twenty eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 11, 2005 from 12:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home rosary to start at 7:00 P.M. Services will be held Monday, December 12, 2005, 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Selma, Texas services to conclude at the church. Arrangements under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home.
