Robert (Bob) Richard DiCocco, Lt. Col. (ret), born February 11, 1941, entered eternal rest on March 12, 2022, due to complications associated with congestive heart failure.
He was predeceased by his parents John & Elena DiCocco, brothers Dominic, Nicholas, Anthony, and John, as well as sister Alice Vokins. Married to Carlinda Sidoli DiCocco in 1968, he was widowed in 1997. He is survived by his children Maria Zertuche (Arthur), Jennifer DiCocco, Margaret DiCocco, and Robert DiCocco, Jr., as well as grandsons Andrew Zertuche and Patrick Zertuche. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m. shortly followed by the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary (1101 McCullough Ave). Funeral Mass with be the following day, Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church (700 Dewhurst Rd.)

My sincerest apologies to the family. I never had the chance to meet Mr. DiCocco but am fortunate to be friends with his son Robert Jr. I continue to pray for the family amid these difficult times.
