My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Mr. Jefferson. While I only met him on a few occasions,It was through my association with Lamont nd Wallace that I determined he was a Christian man who served God, his family, his country and his fellow man. He, and others, paved the way for many people who served in the U S
Armed Forces since the 1960s. May everyone's memories of Mr.Jefferson provide comfort during this time.

What a wonderful and caring man Bill was. I had the great pleasure of knowing him from our days of serving on the Salvation Army Board. He will be missed. May others learn from his gentle ways and inner strength, our world needs more like him. My sympathy to the family for your loss and may you be comforted in knowing that he made a difference and we are all the better for knowing him.

Dear Joyce, family and friends, I had the honor of working with Bill when I entered the insurance industry in 1974. He was an honorable, Christian man...a true American with a loving wife and family. We will miss him but see him again in God's Heavenly Kingdom. May our God who has conquered death through his son, Jesus Christ, comfort all of you.
Sincerely,

A man who is a great example of service, and who taught his children to do the same. May God continue to bless the family of William D. Jefferson as they celebrate his life. No doubt great stories will be told about his life, and hopefully that will continue to inspire others to live the kind of life that is ideal, which was Mr Jefferson's, a life complete and noble.

From the Gignac family to the Jefferson family our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Our families have had many wonderful memories over the years. For many years, we were next door neighbors and shared many great times. Bill and Joyce were Brenda's sponsor for citizenship, which she will always be very grateful. This meant so much to share this amazing experience with Bill and Joyce.
