I first met Anna while working for the County Clerk. I have such fond memories of her and I especially remeber Manny and Anna at our Christmas parties. Could they dance. She always had such a wonderful smile and was blessed with grace. A true woman of substance. Absent from the body, present with the Lord. God Bless you Anna. Dodie Sandoval (Bennett)

Anna Christine, or as I know her Nana, is the best person that I have ever known. I love her very much and I miss her terribly. Not much can be said to take away the amount of loss that we are all feeling, and trust me I know its aolt becasue Nana was a fantastic person, but I can say that Nana is finally out of pain and Dancing in HEAVEN with Papa, and watching over all of us today. Nana I love you and I miss you..Always and Forever!!

I was a new employee working in the basement of the County Courthouse/County Clerk's Older Records Division when I first met Anna. She exuded such friendliness and graciousness especially after learning that I was a newcomer. This was in late 1979. Needless to say, we became friends and she remained a faithful friend since then. She was a wonderful woman, very pleasant and was always cheerful. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. Anna epitomized goodness and love. She would always be in that special place in my heart. "Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon her".

Anna will surely be missed by many. She was the most pleasant and cheerful person, very informed in her work and very proud of her children. We met through mutual friends and were happy to find we both worked in the same building so we were able to stay in touch. I was sad to read of her passing.

God Bless you Anna. Though we have never met I feel that I know you as my own mother. Vivian and I have been friends for years and on our annual trip to Peoria (Padres Spring Training)he always brought us up to date on what his Mom and Dad were doing. You can be extremely proud in giving birth to Vivian, you gave us all a tremendous leader and wonderful friend. He will carry on your legacy.

Anna worked with me for many years in the County Clerk's office. She was unfailingly cheerful, competent, and helpful. Her children were the pride and joy of her life.
