I was staying with abuelita and my TIA saw me I was sad, she grabbed my hand and said come on you are driving me to Macy's, as we drove she remenised about when dad was alive how he made her laugh how I was so much like him, It made me smile. She bought me a pair of Gators which I still have to this day. It's funny how these shoes never get to old for me to wear. I Thought they were ugly at the time but they are my most favorite and comfortable , they are 7 to 9 years old. I know they are just shoes but for silly me they have been so much more, she gave them to me out of love. I love you MY TIA. Monica Marina
