George helped in remodeling my home in the 90's. He was smart, articulate, quiet, reliable, trustworthy and so nice, He knew how to do everything and could make anything work. I can still see him leaning against his truck. Sorry I cannot attend his service. Rest in peace, George. Olivia

I met George only once, when I was very young. My father watched his life from afar and always held him in high regard. He fought for good, and this he did exceedingly well. Following military service, George attended UW where he was well liked. He was a gifted writer, authoring his life story while a young teen with a surprising flair. He enjoyed drama, comedy, and was a proud member of the Thespian Society (international theater group). George enjoyed his privacy, and preferred the simple unencumbered life.
Thank you, George for heeding the call of duty when summoned. Your efforts helped make a better world.
