I remember being so intimidated when initially assigned to Mrs. Osborne's typing and shorthand classes. She seemed so stern! While she modeled professionalism, she really wasn't stern -- and I learned much more from her than just typing and shorthand. I owe her many thanks. I am sure you will miss her greatly as will many from the class of '68.

Mrs. Osborne attempted to teach bookkeeping to me, I was a terrible student. She insisted I wear a beautiful white feather cape to the Christmas dance in 1970. I'm sure it was one her daughters' cape! Thank you Mrs. Osborne!

Mrs. Osborne was my shorthand teacher in 1965 at Helix High School. She was a wonderful teacher, and I had a lot of respect for her. Please extend my heartfelt sympathy to her family.
