I think of Karen so very often---when we first met in junior high, high school, college, ballroom dance classes together, dinner at her house with her sweet parents, Moose Lodge activities like a rummage sale, decorating for dances, watching Karen in several plays Fred and Karen's wedding day. Little bits and pieces pop up all the time. I do miss her. I wish we had kept in better contact in the last 20 years. She changed my early life in so many ways. Much love to Fred and Matthew. Dear family of Karen: I know its been a very hard year for you with the passing of Karen and then continued Covid. I cannot count the times activities with Karen from about 13 years of age on have run through my mind. I find myself smiling and then hope that somehow Karen, in heaven, somehow is remembering the same lovely times together--going to after school ballroom classes together, high school cheer squad, organizing together for dances at the Moose Lodge, watching her on stage in several productions. She was a fine actress and I was always awed how she could take on so many accents. She was a good friend and we grew up together onto into high school, college and beyond. I remember Karen as always being so focused, interested in others and very much into philanthropic work. I see that she continued that always. May God Bless her and all of you! Love, Kathy
