I send my deepest sympathy to all of Lu's family and friends. Lu and I had been friends since 1973 and she is the one that took me for my first golf lessons so I could play good golf with my deceased husband of today CDR. ALbin Marn. I have so many wonderful memories that I will always hold dear in my heart of Lu and I and our good times we shared with the good and all the bad as well. Some how, we still managed to get a laugh out of life even with all her problems and never a complaint. She was surrounded by so much Love and Dan was always with her through all the trials and tribulations and I have to say that GOD put ELENA into their lives because she had been a jewel to Lu and for Lu and family all of these years. ELena was their caregiver for years and Lu cherished her and Elena did so much for Lu. I stayed with Lu before I moved to Florida but I sort of knew in my heart that I may not see her again when I returned back to San Diego. So, I must say, when I got the news of her death, even though I knew in my heart, it was still a very sad goodbye for me but I know she suffered so much and she is with God now. At peace. Hopefully, she has met with my Al and they can laugh together. God Takes His Prettiest Flowers First.

I send my Love and Blessings,

Patty Marn
