To Patricks family and those who knew him,
I am so aorry for your loss Patrick was an amazing individual. He is one of the most admirable individuals I have ever met. He had an amazing ability to stay focused on his goals and never lost sight or let anything side track him. I went to school with him and had the pleasure of dating him for a couple of years he helped guide me through a very challenging time in my life. However , I am able to acknowledge his accomplishments in his life and how he happy he must of been with his wife and baby.
Meg I wish you much peace and I am grateful to have known your son he played a very important role in my life and I have and will always be grateful for that.

To Pat's family,
The Alden family would like to express our deepest sympathy in your time of loss. Our son Michael was a friend and class-mate of Pats at IHS and we were fortunate to know him as well. Pat spread such joy and laughter when ever he was around. We looked forward to seeing him at the IHS football games every Friday night. He could get the crowd going like no one else. Know that Pat was loved and will be missed by all that came in contact with him.

It has been a number of years since I last saw Pat, but the very mention of his name brings a picture of Pat to my mind. He had a wonderful smile that could light up a room and eyes that twinkled. I hope that when you all look up to the sky on a clear night and see the stars, you will quickly find the brightest, most twinkling star and know that that star is Pat watching and smiling at his loved ones and friends. He will live on forever in all of the great memories he left with family and friends. GOD BLESS YOU ALL Ginger Johnson (Tyler Johnson's mother)

Pat was one of my brothers dearest friends, it was through that friendship that I had the opportunity to know Pat.
Although I hadn't seen or spoke to him for quite some time, I have many fond memories of Pat. Cheerful, intelligent, a wonderful smile and his often "goofy" disposition. I remember laughing at their high school graduation when Pat had them announce him with this very long, made up Irish name, Patrick O'Brien O'Riley....Myrick. It was so Pat!
My brother always forwarded pictures of Pat to myself and my family. I was very touched by the picture of Pat and Tatum self titled "My Favorite Picture In The World". His love for his wife, daughter and family was very apparent and will always live on through your memories.
God Bless,
Jennifer Grant (Tyler's sister)

Tatum,
You'll only remember your Dad from old photos and shared memories. As you grow older people will tell you how much you resemble him, perhaps it will be your eyes. I hope so, because your Dad had the most beautiful eyes, they absolutely twinkled, you just couldn't help feeling happy looking into those eyes. Best of all though, it was how he saw the world through those eyes, always positive, always upbeat, seemingly always seeing the best in people and things. He saw you through those eyes and I know he must have loved you dearly, take comfort that he will forever be your guardian angel. If you resemble your Dad, I hope it's his eyes, mostly though, I hope it's how you view the world and how the world views you through those eyes. Patrick's eyes were truly the window into a kind and loving soul, I'm sure yours will be as well.
God Bless,
Joe Johnson (Tyler's Dad)

I am deeply saddened by the loss of Patrick. I first meet Patrick while interviewing him for a summer job. He was attending the University of Washington. I was immediately struck by his positive, pro-active attitude, keen wit, and endless smile. Patrick was one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Nothing was too hard. It was obvious he would go far. His goal was to fly for the Navy. I had no doubt he would attain that goal. I feel honored to have known him.

To Those Patrick Held Dearest,
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of mourning.
I will always remember Pat's ever cheery disposition and his smile...a smile that you couldn't help smiling back at.
I was a tag along little sister to that group of rowdy IHS boys who have matured in to a wonderful group of men...
The stories and pictures Tyler has shared with our family leave no doubt in my mind that while he is wishing he could have stayed with you longer he is extremely proud and honored to be a part of what he has left behind.
All the Best,

Patrick Myrick is an amazing man. I had the privilege of growing up with Pat since elementary school. My earliest memory of him was when we were sitting next to each other in 1st grade and him telling me about his latest GI Joe purchase (in great detail). So it doesn't surprise me at all that he grew up into the flying man he was destined to be.
My heart is aching right now. But at the same time, I am so proud of him. He was always such a brain and so focused to achieve the goals he set for himself.
I will hold on to the memories of trading lunches (my candy for his little "cow" cheese) with him and the giggles that came out of us as we flashed our big smiles at each other. I just loved the guy. He was a great friend.
To his beautiful wife Alli and daughter Tatum. My heart and my prayers are with you. I know that you are his precious treasures and always will be.
All my love,
Tina Timbang

Alli and Tatum, and everyone who loved Patrick, we are so sorry for your loss. I’ve been going through many memories about Patrick with my husband Tyler. Patrick and I went to elementary, JH and Inglemoor together and then dated for a short while just after HS. Luckily for us, it didn't ruin our friendship and we remained good friends following that. He was a wonderful guy. I can see him now saying "Wrk it!". I think he’s laughing now at the thought. His thoughtfulness, ambition, intelligence, his sense of humor, and sincerity will not be forgotten. Tatum, I’m sure your dad has passed on all those qualities through you.
My love goes out to Alli and Tatum, Meg, Bryan, Grandma Krick, his aunts, his great friends here in Seattle, and those who served with him.

Dear Alli, Tatum, and Margaret,
My wife and I send our thoughts and prayers to you all.
I'm a high school friend of Pat's and he was always someone I looked up to and thought highly of. We were double's partners in tennis and I remember him having the hardest serve on the team. At the UW, we'd hang out every now and then and he used to give me discounts on my photo printing when he worked at Kits Camera.
I just wanted to send you a few memories of Pat that are still held up here. He will be missed.
God bless you and your family.
