Paul Geier Obituary

GEIER, PAUL F.
Paul F. Geier was born January 20, 1923 at Bear Creek, MT, and died peacefully on April 8, 2007. The Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 14th, from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at the Crosby Golf Course, 17481 Bing Crosby Blvd., Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067. The Interment will be on May 1, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. Paul is survived by his wife, Setsuko Geier, El Cajon, CA; his two sons, Bruce A. Geier, Rancho Santa Fe, CA, and Robert Geier, Nashville, TN; two sisters, Sally J. Holiday, Anaheim Hills, CA, and Lorraine Gibson, Lewiston, CA, and a brother Lloyd E. Geier, Kissimmee, FL, along with seven grandchildren. Captain Paul F. Geier served in World War II and Korea with the 187th Airborne and the 11th Airborne as a Combat Engineer. He was awarded numerous medals and recognition for his valiant services for our country. Paul received his MBA at Michigan State University. He retired as an Executive for Chrysler Corporation, Detroit, Michigan and joined his son, Bruce Geier, founder and CEO of Technology Integration Group of San Diego. Paul was loved and will be missed by family and friends. In lieu of flowers, his son, Bruce Geier of Rancho Santa Fe, CA, is requesting donations be made to the American Cancer Foundation.
