I must say, it was an honor to have known Bob and his family. To sum it up, it would be safe to say that Bob came into my life as a neighbor and left my life as a friend. He was a special person, who seemed to put others above himself. What better way to honor his beliefs and his Heavenly Father than through his service to others? Even though Bob will be missed it is wonderful that the many memories and stories will live on! My prayers are with all of his family and friends.

I have so many memories of & stories about Bob, it is hard to know where to start, so I won't. I will keep them close in my heart forever & ever. Bob was our dear friend and neighbor for more than 40 years. Truly, the best possible friend... honest, funny, caring... always a great heart & a helping hand, even when he was so sick. I loved Bob & always will. All my love to Anne, Joan, Ed, Donald, Betty & Jayne and to all the wonderful caring grandchildren Bob loved so much. You all were so good to Bob & Bob loved you all!

Got to know Bob only during the last few months of his life. A faith-filled man who loved God and his family. I truly enjoyed the privilege of bringing Holy Communion to him, sharing some stories of his life and swapping "war stories" that made us both chuckle! Even with his illnesses he still liked to laugh and encouraged others (me included) by his strong faith; what a blessing. My condolences to Ann, Joan, Andrew and all the family (he loved you all) and God bless you for your care for Bob. God's rest to you and Rest in Peace my friend!
