I just wanted to say I have thought about y'all everyday since my friend, Erin, told me about what happened. I don't think you have to know someone to know they are an amazing person. Seeing all those pictures of Ryan with all of his buddies makes me so happy, its like he made their lives better and they made his better- he was truely blessed with the circle of friends he HAS.
I just wanted to tell you that even a complete stranger has been touched by your sons amazing life and he's already made me a better friend and person, just by stories, FB posts and pictures.
You have my thoughts, daily...

I will never forget you Ryan. This pain is unbearable. You were, without a doubt, the nicest, most selfless person I've ever met. I can't wrap my head around the magnitude of this tragedy, the unfairness of life in this regard. I should be the one in an obituary, not you! You were too good of a person, your amazing parents and family did too good of a job raising you to have something like this happen. I am truly, truly blessed to have known you and to have been a part of your life. I loved you like a brother. When I have children, I'm going to tell them about my South African friend, Ryan Tremearne, and the times we shared surfing, laughing, and enjoying life. Cheers mate.
