William Harris Obituary
William 'Bill' Harris, 77, passed away on May 2, 2023 in Tucson, Arizona. He was born in Brawley, CA. He resided in the San Diego area until he retired and moved to Tucson, AZ in 2014.
He was a Marine Veteran, owned and operated MilSource Alloys where he provided support and supplies to the Military.
His life-long love of ocean fishing took him all over the San Diego area and into Mexico with his friends and the San Diego Anglers. Through his love of fishing he supported and worked with Make-A-Wish Foundation. He discovered a new hobby of nature photography in Tucson.
His San Diego fishing brothers and friends will spread a portion of his ashes on the ocean. Contact David Hanes at [email protected] or the San Diego Anglers at sandiegoanglers.com for additional information.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Pepping-Harris who worked as a Dental Hygienist for the Navy at North Island for 16 years; his daughter Daralyn and her husband, Greg Christensen, his grandchildren Harris and Ella Christensen all of Napa, CA.; his extended family in Tucson, AZ and many fishing brothers/friends in CA.
