Kyle Lee Lisy, 56, residing in Milan, passed away Friday afternoon, December 12, 2025, at Stein Hospice Care Center, surrounded by his family after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer.

Kyle was born September 16, 1969, in Sandusky, to the late Glenn and Peg (Austin) Lisy.

Kyle graduated from Edison High School in 1987 and later earned his degree from Bowling Green State University. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, faithfully serving his country from 1987-1991. Kyle worked for many years as a plant manager at Johnson Brothers Rubber Co., retiring in 2024. He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Milan. In his spare time, Kyle enjoyed fishing, attending Marine Corps reunions, and spending time with his family.

Kyle is survived by his wife, Erin (Elliott) Lisy, whom he married June 11, 2015. He is also survived by his three daughters, Marissa (Mike) Ingram, Abigail (William) Duniver, and Emma Lesniak; son, Corbin (Michaela) Lisy; grandchildren, Joshua Lisy, Louis Ingram and a third grandchild due after the first of the year; sister, Kimberly (Steve) Dircks; brothers, Robert (Pam) Raymond, John (Val) Raymond, Jerry Lisy, and Jeff Lisy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2025, at Groff Funeral Homes - Milan Chapel, 1 S. Main Street, Milan. Funeral services will begin at noon Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Groff Funeral Homes - Milan Chapel with the Rev. Wendy Schindler-Chasney presiding. Burial will follow at Milan Cemetery, Milan.
