Los Angeles, California - Aidan was born to Julie and Charles Moreland in Gilroy, California on February 7, 1997. The Moreland family moved to San Luis Obispo in 1999. Aidan attended C.L. Smith Elementary, Laguna Middle, SLO High School and Cuesta JC. Aidan loved playing sports, especially soccer. Aidan played soccer with elegance and determination with deceptive speed. He wore #66. Aidan was a big fan of Liverpool FC. Trent Alexander-Arnold #66 was a favorite. Online gaming was a large part of his world. Aidan went by Irken_invader111. Aidan's favorite color is purple. Aidan painted his room with two shades of purple. He loved Anime, his favorite RE: Zero. Anime adorned his room with figurines, banners, bedding and books. Music has always played a starring role in Aidan's world. He was always searching and keeping an open mind for any new tunes or meaningful lyrics. His playlist was life itself. Aidan was quiet, graceful and a little on the shy side. When you get to know him, he had the heart of a Lion. Aidan had just begun to discover his life, his passions, and his path. It would be safe to say that he would have been magnificent. Aidan had so much love to give and discover. How do you sum up a beautiful short life like Aidan's? You want the world to understand how pure and unjudgmental Aidan was with his elegant stride and soft nature. Aidan leaves behind his grandparents; Alice and Richard Lievanos and Magdalene Moreland; his parents Julie and Charles Moreland; his brother Quinton Moreland and many cousins, aunts and uncles. A gathering for Aidan will be held at the residence of Charles and Julie Moreland, 1105 Vista Del Lago, San Luis Obispo, California on August 20, 2022 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM.

Our family has known Aiden for many years through elementary, junior high and high school. Always such a kind, gentle, smiling young man. I always enjoyed seeing him and making him smile! What a great smile and beautiful eyes. He´ll be missed. He was someone that really made everyone feel special. Aiden, thank you for sharing time with us! A real shooting star!
