Hi Brett:
I was very sorry to read of your Dad's passing last week in the Burbank Leader. I remember your family so well from the 1960-70's at American Lutheran Church. It's hard to lose your parents, both of mine are gone, but their memories will always make me smile. The best to you and your brothers.

Velma, Thank you for signing the guest book. If you can make it we will be having a celebration of life for dad at Millikan Jr. High in Sherman Oaks on July 11, 2009 @ 11:00 am. He taught there for over 30 years and has a student lawn named after him. We thought it would be a great place to meet. Hope you can make it.

Thanks for sending the notice of Bob's passing. We were good friends back in 1947 when we double dated and would see him periodically. He made contact a few years ago, had heard he was ill . Our condolences to the extended family. Velma (Boren) & Herb Vincent
