I got to know Aaron during the pandemic. We chatted on the phone and Zoom. While we never met physically, I loved our conversations. Aaron and I would talk about GIS and how information can help people. We'd talk about how bikes are an amazing form of transportation. We'd talk about life.
What an enthusiastic and bright person he was! I so very much wish I could pick up the phone now and chat with him.
The loss for his family is unimaginable but I so very much hope that the sadness is replaced with the happy memories and that every thought of Aaron brings a smile.
