Dear Cathy and Family:
My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. I was a loyal Height's Market shopper for many, many years and that is where I met you and your Mom and Dad. Your parents were always so nice to everyone who came in the store and always greeted me and my son by name. They truly cared about their customers. I will always remember your Mom and Dad and their faces are forever frozen in time in my memories. Cathy, the last time I saw you was in See's Candy Store and it has been a few years. I know how much you will miss your Mom and my heart goes out to you and your family. I miss your Mom and Dad, too, they were very, very special people. My son, Trevor Kengle, also sends his condolences to you and your family.
Sincerely,
Carol Lynne Arao
