Gerald Larsen Obituary
March 30, 1946 - March 7, 2017
Santa Cruz, California
Jerry Larsen died after a valiant battle with cancer. His strong spirit was even more determined in illness than in health. Born in a military family, he lived all over the country and abroad. The oldest of three siblings, he is survived by his brother Tommy. In his rest, he will be reunited with his mother, Leslie, and his sister, Ingrid.
He attended San Jose State University, and married his first wife, Michelle in 1967; their daughter, Signe Morgan, was born August 3, 1969. After divorcing, Jerry lived several years in Santa Cruz. He eventually moved to Utah, and spent years enjoying the mountains and skiing. Jerry returned to Santa Cruz, and married Sharon in 1990. Their son, Nathaniel Ewald Larsen was born June 20, 1990. Jerry was a proud father, loving husband, loyal brother, kind uncle, and a devoted friend. He will dwell in the hearts of many.
Memorial Gathering on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Congregational Church of Soquel, 4951 Soquel Drive, Soquel, CA 95073, 5:30pm-8:30pm. No flowers please.
