John B. McSweeney age 82 of Aptos died peacefully at Dominican Hospital on 2nd of August 2012. John was born in San Jose and was a graduate of Lincoln High School. He served in the U.S. Airforce during the Korean War. He graduated from San Jose State and the American Institute of Foreign Trade. Later he was a factory representative for many corporations in and out of the United States. Later he operated his own business in outside sales unitl 2005. John loved sailing, golf and skiing. He was active on serveral local boards in Santa Cruz County.
He is survived by his wife, Anna, and four children, Mary Ann, John, Donna and Carla. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Kristine and Jeremy.
