John passed away on Sunday Oct. 28, 2018 at the age of 73 in Reno, Nevada. John grew up in Ben Lomond and was a graduate of San Lorenzo Valley High School and Cabrillo College in Aptos. He is survived by his son, Dominic Nicoli, his daughter-in-law Michelle Nicoli and his three grandchildren, Peyton, Ashton and Michael. He also leaves his sister Lisa Maston of Chico and his ex-wife Jackie Nicoli of Redwood City.
John was a successful building contractor and real estate broker known throughout the area. He built many custom homes as well as the Seacliff Inn in Aptos, where he was partners with Frank Giuliani, Norman Bei and T. J. Scott for many years. John served in the Army Reserves in Santa Cruz during the Vietnam era.
He will be very much missed by his family. Services will be held at Lima & Campagna Funeral Home, 1315 Hollenbeck Ave., Sunnyvale CA on Thur. Nov. 29 at 11:00 a m.
